  • Once a client accepts a package, via email, phone or text, it means that this contract is binding and gives our team confirmation to begin the project.
  • A client cannot ask for a refund once our work has begun. We have a zero refund policy because building e-commerce websites is resource-intensive we cannot grant refunds when we are even close to the end of a project.
  • All clients are to fulfil the information requirements when asked for by the development team. Any prolonged delays on the clients side will result in us transferring the Shopify monthly subscription bill over to the client for as long as the client takes.
  • When a client chooses a template that we send to them, they cannot change their mind in the future after the fact that we have already bought the software pack and started working on the website. Any changes will incur extra charges corresponding to how much work needs to be done to make those changes.
  • All packages do not include specialised development and software implementation. Any specialised requests will be billed accordingly.
